One of the friendlier clubs

As a public club with reasonable dues, SCCC is open to all those who want to learn and play croquet while helping build and maintain a friendly community. 

Our event calendar includes several sessions of social croquet each week, including social GC on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, and "Twilight" croquet later on Thursday and Sunday afternoons.

We also host informal come-as-you-are croquet events on Tuesday mornings and Sunday afternoons for nonmembers who want to check us out. 

NOTE: Under current Florida state and Venice city guidelines, our usual slate of organized social activities like potluck dinners is suspended until further notice for the health and safety of all concerned.
